Military Sciences Building
Maxwell-Reddick and Associates, Inc. was contracted by Cogdell & Mendrala, P.C. to provide civil engineering site design and construction inspections for the Military Science Building at Georgia Southern University. The civil site design utilized the topographic survey previously performed for Georgia Southern University by Maxwell-Reddick and Associates, Inc.
The original ROTC building was demolished in 2006 to make room for Centennial Place at Georgia Southern University. The ROTC program at Georgia Southern University has the most successful ROTC programs in the country. The new facility will house a large auditorium, meeting rooms, secured and general storage, magazine storage, offices for faculty and administrators.
